The Autumn Festival will be held on Saturday 12th September. This year we will be holding the following competitions:

BEST PLOT AND BEST NEWCOMER PLOT – if you need notice to spruce up your plot these will be judged in early August. We will look at diversity, plant health, lack of weed, visual appeal, range of crops and many other criteria. For the newcomer plot we will try and make some allowance for the time since you took over the plot.

PHOTO COMPETITION – with two classes, one for adults and one for children under 12. Photos must be taken on the site and should be submitted either as prints to your area representative or emailed to Phil Iddison at patsy.iddison@gmail.com by 15th August with your name, age if under 12 and plot number. Winning photos (and maybe others) will be added to the gallery on our website and may be used on the Borough website.
