New Committee members wanted!

At our Annual General Meeting on the 8th October a number of our existing committee members will be standing down and we are keen to recruit plotholders who would be willing to take an active part in the work of the Association. The committee:

1) Organises the Open Days and any other social events

2) Looks after the common facilities such as the shop, the community area and the provision of manure and woodchip

3) Provides area representatives to give all plotholders a local point of contact

4) Provides help and advice including notes for newcomers

5) Liaises with the Council on behalf of plotholders

6) Provides a representative to the Borough of Richmond Allotment Group liaising with the Council on policy

7) Provides regular newsletters for plotholders and runs this website

The committee meets 6 times a year on the last Sunday morning in the month. If you would like to know more please talk to a current member listed on the Contacts page of the website. You can also leave a post with any queries you may have.
